I recently had a suit tailored here. From start to finish Max listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He had his input and really delivered on what we agreed.

We recently visited Jacob Brian Huddersfield Taylor’s and had the pleasure of dealing with Max. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect.
We only needed waistcoats for the groomsmen, along with tailor-made waistcoats and shirts for myself and my best man, so I’m sure we weren’t their biggest clients. But from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like the most important guests in the room. Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years, I can honestly say Max’s service was impeccable.
I’ve always believed that guests often know what they don’t want, but not always what they do want. Max guided us through every detail with ease, patience, and expertise — right down to the finest touches. The end result was beyond what we expected.
If I had one criticism, it’s that Jacob Brian has now set such a high standard that all future shopping experiences will likely feel overshadowed in comparison! We’ll definitely be back again without hesitation, though it would be even better if they had a base closer to us in Nottinghamshire.
